Private AI for business

Enterprise AI inside your company

Optibotics.AI is complete private AI infrastructure. Language models, AI agents and your documents all run inside your company — not in the cloud. And you can see exactly what everyone did.

Operated by Emglare — 14+ years building enterprise software.

  • 0 B data leaving in Private mode
  • 100 % processing on your own infrastructure
  • Full audit record of every agent action

Cloud AI leaves companies with awkward questions

The moment employees start pasting internal documents into public AI tools, the company loses track of its own data.

  • 01 Where did the data go and who processes it?
  • 02 Which servers hold it, and under which jurisdiction?
  • 03 What exactly did employees put in their prompts?
  • 04 What did the agent do, and who authorised it?
  • 05 How do we prove to an auditor that nothing leaked?
  • 06 How do we prevent sensitive data from being exfiltrated?

Public cloud AI gives you a satisfying answer to none of these. Private infrastructure answers all of them.

Optibotics

Three principles Optibotics is built on

This is not a "local ChatGPT". It is controlled AI infrastructure you can actually audit.

PRIVATE

Data stays inside the company

Language models, the vector database and your documents run on hardware inside your network. In Private mode, cloud models, external APIs and telemetry are blocked at the network level — not merely switched off in a settings panel.

AUTONOMOUS

Agents do real work

An agent does more than read documents. It searches the ERP, compares two years of pricing, prepares the analysis and drafts the document. Unlike a chatbot, it can act — strictly within the limits you set.

CONTROLLED

Every sensitive action is governed

By default an agent has access to nothing. Reading and analysis run on their own; sending an email or writing to the CRM needs human approval. Everything lands in the audit trail.

What this looks like at your site

You are not buying a computer. You get a managed service — hardware, software, models, integrations, updates and monitoring.

  1. 01

We deliver and connect the appliance

The device joins your network. We set up disk encryption, the firewall, VPN and access rights. Installation usually takes a single day.

  2. 02

    We connect your data sources

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, file shares, ERP, CRM, document management or internal databases. Documents are indexed locally and never copied anywhere.

  3. 03

    You create your AI workers

In the admin console you create an agent, give it a role and tick which data it may use and what it may do. Anything you do not tick, it cannot do.

  4. 04

    We keep it running

Monitoring, signed updates, backups and support. We see the health of the device — never the contents of your documents or prompts.

AI workers, not an anonymous chatbot

You create agents the way you would add people to an org chart — with a name, a role and clearly bounded rights.

Optibotics Control

What you get in the admin console

Optibotics Control is our own management layer. This is where you govern what each AI is allowed to do.

Permissions that deny by default

Every agent has its own list of data sources and permitted actions. A sales agent sees the CRM and price lists, but never payroll or accounting.

Human approval

Reading and analysis happen automatically. Sending an email, changing a CRM record, raising an order or any financial operation waits for sign-off.

Audit trail

For every request you see the user, the agent, the model used, the files opened, the tools called and how many bytes went outside.

Private and Hybrid modes

Private blocks all outbound model traffic. Hybrid lets an administrator explicitly allow a cloud model for data classified as public.

Management without data access

Remotely we see versions, load and backup status. Prompts, documents, email and index contents never reach us. That is a property of the architecture, not a promise in a contract.

Signed updates with rollback

Updates are signature-verified, staged in an isolated environment and health-checked. If the check fails, the system rolls itself back to the previous version.

Who this is for

Optibotics targets organisations between 50 and 500 employees that hold a lot of internal data and have a genuine reason to protect it.

  • Manufacturing
  • Healthcare
  • Automotive
  • Engineering
  • Energy
  • Legal services
  • Accounting and audit
  • Financial services
  • Public sector
You do not need to hire an AI team. We bring in the complete private AI infrastructure and run it for you.

Architecture built for European regulation

Tightening rules are often the reason companies start looking for private AI in the first place. Optibotics is built so the evidence is ready when asked for.

Cybersecurity

Recent transposition of the NIS2 directive expanded the number of regulated organisations in the Czech Republic from a few hundred to several thousand. Supply chain security is part of those requirements — which reaches your AI vendor too.

AI Act

The console evaluates a risk profile for each agent. When a task moves towards a sensitive area — automatically screening out job applicants, for example — the system requires human approval on its own.

GDPR and data protection

Personal data never leaves your infrastructure. The audit trail shows who accessed it, when and why.

Evidence for auditors

Every deployment ships with security documentation, a component inventory, vulnerability management and incident response procedures, an SLA and a data processing agreement.

Optibotics is a technology vendor, not a legal adviser. Whether your organisation falls under a particular regulation, and what that entails, is always for your company to assess — ideally with your legal counsel.

Frequently asked questions

Does our data ever leave the company?

Not in Private mode. The language model, the vector database and your documents all run on a device inside your network, and outbound traffic is restricted to an allowlist. The admin console shows how many bytes left the device — in this mode it is zero.

How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise or Copilot?

Those tools process your data on the vendor’s infrastructure. Optibotics processes it on yours. On top of that you get per-agent permissions, human approval for sensitive actions, and an audit trail you can hand to an auditor.

Why not just install a local model ourselves?

Running a local model is the easy part. The hard part is everything else — permissions, agent isolation, document indexing, ERP integration, prompt injection defence, signed updates, backups, monitoring and audit records. That is precisely what we build and operate.

Will it be as capable as the best cloud models?

No, and we do not claim otherwise. Local models have real limits compared with the largest cloud models. We tune Optibotics for your company’s specific tasks over your own data, where the practical gap is small — and in exchange you keep control of the data.

What happens if the device fails?

We monitor its health and replace hardware if it fails. Configuration and the index are restored from backup. The Enterprise tier supports high availability across several nodes.

Can we run it on our own server?

Yes. With the Enterprise tier we deploy Optibotics onto your existing infrastructure and charge for the software licence and support only.

How long does deployment take?

Installing the device usually takes one day. Connecting data sources, indexing documents and configuring the first agents typically takes two to four weeks depending on how many integrations are involved.

Can you see our documents?

No. Remotely we see the technical health of the device — versions, CPU and disk usage, backup results. Prompts, responses, documents and index contents never reach us. This follows from the architecture, not just from a contractual clause.

Start with a no-obligation consultation

We will walk through your data sources, your security requirements and the tasks you would want agents to take over. That produces a concrete deployment proposal and a price.
